It’s Day 10 and we are sharing our Christmas Tree!
One of my favorite things about the Cricut line of cutting machines is the huge variety of materials that you can cut. That ability came in handy when I wanted to create a lane of Christmas trees using one simple SVG cut file. By choosing a single simple shape but mixing up the sizes and the patterns, you can create a cohesive design that’s anything but boring.
How to make your Christmas Tree Lane sign:
- To create this cute sign, pick a single Christmas tree shape. If you don’t have one you like, try any of the free svg cut file websites we featured here. I’m sure you’ll find something you’ll love.
- Copy and paste 9 trees, then resize trees into 3-4 different heights.
- Use the insert shape tool in Cricut Design Space to create 3 hearts and 1 star. Size to fit on the largest tree.
- Choose 9 coordinating scrapbook papers, plus a red card stock and a yellow card stock.
Once you’ve cut all the shapes, arrange them on your sign to your liking. Use spray glue to secure them to the sign. Embellish the large center tree with the hearts and a star tree topper.
